What is the keystroke for capturing your screen as a jpeg. (I used to know it!)

Thanks

Bruce,

To capture your screen under Windows, press the Print Screen key
(usually the top row above the above the arrow pad on a standard
keyboard).

Two notes:

Alt+PrntScrn will capture the active window, while
PrntScrn will capture the entire viewing area.

These images will be placed on the clipboard-- to save them as a
JPG, simply Edit > Paste them into your favorite image
editing application and Save As.

Cheers,

_Aaron_

The other reply gave you the Windows answer. For more flexibilty, you may want to consider the Freeware Screenhunter application. It lets you capture the whole screen, just the active window or just a portion of the screen that you select with your mouse. It will save directly to JPG in the directory of your choice so you can further edit in a graphics program, etc. You should be able to find the program by doing a Google.com search on Screenhunter.
