I need a bit of help from the group wisdom if you will. I found this miter box at an antique/thrift/junk shop that was going out of business. So far I am not able to identify the maker or year. there is no tags, labels ect. The only numbers are patent dates on the (sliders?? saw blade holders??) and the indexing arm underneath. The saw that came with it has a fair etch, but I am not sure if it is the original that came with it. I think the saw dates between 1928 until the 1940s. Any help is appreciated. Oh and BTW I am NOT the one who painted and "restored" it.
