If you bought a Harbor Freight dust collector, check your packaging if there's still time. They included something new, to me at least.
I believe this to be a cam-lock flat washer for those tight spots and a short bolt. Mine didn't come in the hardware bag. I found it in the bottom of the box.
Why didn't I think of that?
