Rotary setup for engraving a circle on a cup

I am trying to engrave a logo on a cup and I cannot get the circle to stay a circle.
It comes out oval. Any Suggestions? I have a Pinnacle M Series machine

Take the oval you're seeing on the cup, make the one on the computer look exactly like it, just as it is on the cup--
-- now rotate it 90 degrees and engrave it-- the new sideways oval will cancel out the original oval and you'll have a circle... :)

just beware, it may be a bigger circle --
