Epilog Legend ignores power/speed settings.

Hi guys,

I have been using my 120w Epilog Legend with Coreldraw x5 for 5 years without issue. Today I needed to setup a new material. I set it to 90% power and 20% speed and it uses 25% power and 80% speed. I have tried selecting different material settings and sometimes they work and sometimes they do not. What would be my next step. Reinstall Coreldraw? I have restarted the computer and the laser. It will not work with the new set up material at all. Any ideas?

I would call Epilog tomorrow, they still support the Legend. My display showed crazy numbers right before the tube went out, and the new one fixed it ($2,300 later). Other than that it could be an electronics problem. By now their techs should have seen this before and have ideas. Unfortunately, all parts cost more now on these older machines due to low volume of sales.
