Ken Rizza is just the best in customer service.
While sanding the latest bowl last weekend, I managed to strip the threads on 3" backer for the Roloc I purchased last November. Called Ken and he said that was a first for him. He wanted my address to send a new one. I told him it was probably my fault and I would pay for a new one. Yesterday I got two in the mail no charge.
I'll be a returning customer for sure. Great customer service should be rewarded.
