See, this is how I get in trouble. Who can resist an invitation to make a giant milk bottle? Part of an email from ClearWater Conservancy (http://www.clearwaterconservancy.org/)'s executive director:
“Meyer Diary has agreed to allow us to post a big sign up about the Slab Cabin Run Initiative. … We’re thinking perhaps a big milk jug….which gets fuller as we near the 2.75 M goal. … Looks like we can go as tall as 8 feet, perhaps higher.”
ClearWater Conservancy is a land trust and natural resource conservation organization. It turned out that the bottle needed to be 3.5 wide and 7 high. After cutting out the rough shape with a jig saw, there was a little cleanup to do. I clamped the two sides together for cutting and smoothing.

A quick and dirty framework to support the two sides.

All primed and ready for delivery to the artist. Because of the size, I made the two sections to be assembled in the field.

Painted and installed on part of the land to be preserved from development.
