I have been trying to get a gloss out of the ob shine juice and maybe im doing it wrong but I cant seem to get a gloss shine and I was told it was like the other friction polishes like shellawax and hut,,and I don't have a problem with either of these products getting a gloss,,either im doing something wrong or all friction polishes aren't the same,,lol,,,any suggestions out there on what I should be doing or not doing,,thank you

I have been using the OB shine juice for quite sometime. I actually prefer it to anything else in most applications. It's hard to use on natural edge bowls because of the variations at the rim however.
Hut friction polish while easier to apply doesn't hold up very well.
I have found that it does take quite a long time to achieve the desired finish- 10 to 12 applications. I also apply watco oil after sanding to 600, and allow it to set for a day before starting with the OB. My favorite use is on smaller items such as pepper mills or Christmas ornaments. OB also doesn't provide a high gloss shine just a nice deep luster.
