I see that Woodcraft has the Talon chuck on sale for $179 till 10/31, before I go buy it I wanted to make sure there were no other better deals out there. So is anyone aware of a better price? Thanks

In most cases, buying direct from OneWay is very cost effective...unless you find a sale that keeps the price after tax and/or shipping below the direct price. The $174 price you have should meet that as OneWay is at $209 right now....assuming your price includes the necessary insert for your spindle size.

And like Bruce...I'm going to give mine up, even though I have a much bigger lathe than when I bought it.
