No, not tools. Toys. This past weekend was our local woodworking club's(San Fernando Valley Woodworkers Assn) annual toy production. We make toys for a number of charitable causes. Although we pre-produce some of the parts, most of the toy production happens in a single weekend using jigs, jigs, and more jigs. A local high school has let us use their large woodshop, but for the most part we haul in our own tools. We also make toys in our individual shops to add to the pot. This year we made about 100 doll cradles and 200 dragsters. I had the pleasure of making the "racing slick" rear wheels.
Oh yeah, I'm the handsome one near the center of the group picture.
