Something funny going on??

I check in on the site several times a day and when I click on "new posts" I usually get anywhere from 20 to 60 new posts in the list...last time I checked was late last night. I checked just now and got 394 new posts!! (16 pages of them). I really don't think the site has been that busy since last night. Anyone else getting similar results?

Yes, there appears to be "something going on" with the "new posts" listings. It's been reported.

I upgraded to vBulletin 4.2.4-- and this is a new "enhancement".

New posts are listed first, then you see a message "the threads below have not been updated since your last visit but still contain unread posts", followed by those posts. If you want the old functionality, stop reading when you get to that message.
