We had a good storm last week and a panel about 18" x 18" washed up on my beach. It appears to be PVC foam about 1/2" thick. It is simulated wood on one side and flat on the other. What is it used for?
A tongue and groove PVC board of the same color also washed up.
(a 30' long 30" diameter tree trunk wound up against my breakwater, but mercifully floated away when the wind changed)
