My question is how does Casedei fit in to the SCM family ? Where is it compared to Minimax ?

Casadei is very close to the SCMI line. Somewhere between Nova and Classical. Kind of a less frills SCM. Good machines and well made. Good stuff. Dave

Depends on the machine but the planer for instance uses the same castings.

I think the casadei stuff is usually priced a bit higher than the Class line.
