Looking for information on EASY CUTTER chisels

An old guy back in 1960s said to watch for them as they were especially good. Found that to be true,they are just a little better than my best cast steel chisels. I used them for the odious job of shaving wood flush with laminate. I'm guessing they were made no later than 1950. I'm aware of a straight razor by the same name that was made by Ontario Knife Company, but the chisels have no lettering beyond the name.

Without images to view it would be difficult to even make a guess about their origin.
