Progress on new Ray Fine 7050

I just received an Email from Bryant at Ray Fine about the building of my new laser. He says it will be finished on Saturday.
He also attached a couple of pictures taken on Tuesday of it.

Hi Lyle, Looks like Saturday is the dispatch day, my RF6040(with dropped/lowered suspension) is also promised for then, got my photograph on Wednesday.
What is expected delivery time to Canada ?

No idea on the delivery time yet. To be honest, I have not bothered to ask. I didn't want to get too excited. I will ask the next Email with them though.

Did Bryant also promise a final set of photos on Saturday ?
Did you use your own freight co ? I eventually went the rout of letting Bryant organize it, after getting numerous funny "estimates" locally, anyway delivery was quoted 25-35days to Johannesburg, so a patient wait ahead, been busy with the order since 7 March, so enough time to get ready for the arrival.

I let Bryant handle the shipping. I will drive down to Toronto and pick it up at the warehouse. It's only a 4 hour hour drive and a great reason to get out of town for a bit.
He will be sending more photos Saturday as well. Getting anxious now.

Don't push them. Better to let them take an extra day or so to make sure it is working correctly.

Hi Lyle ... glad to hear your new Toy will be arriving soon :) .... just remember when you get to Toronto there is a small docking fee and you only have 4 days to pick it up or there's a steep storage fee.

I am planning on bringing a pocket full of cash for any contingencies. Better safe than sorry. The four day window will be more than enough time. My schedule is pretty flexible.
