I'm at the World Wood Day event in Long Beach California, a huge number of woodworkers and carvers from all over the globe are here making things out on the floor.
But there is nobody here to enjoy this - the organizers did not promote / advertise this event.
If you live within driving distance of Long Beach, or can afford a last minute flight, I highly highly recommend getting here. It's on thru Sunday.
