Laguna LT14 inch bandsaw need advice

I've been looking to upgrade my 1 HP 14" Delta bandsaw. I came across this one, a 4 year old unit that appears to be in excellent shape, wired for 230v. with a 3 HP motor.
it's listed at $1400. any thoughts pro/con would be appreciated.

I assume by the HP and age it is a LT 14x14 SUV which now sells for $1800 (though routinely available for 10% off) and 4 years ago sold for ~$1500.

Nice saw, but overpriced. I'd say based on the age, what was paid for it and comps in the current new market it should be under $1k unless it has a lot of valuable accessories with it.
