Last week when I went to turn on my Rabbit 80W it blew the 5A fuse where the 120V comes in. It is a 5x20mm, should I use a fast blowing fuse like what was in it or is it ok to use a slow blow?

I noticed it is a clear glass fuse and a lot of the ones I looked for replacement are the frosted glass. Guess there is no difference other than you cant see the actual blown filament.

I have read that the person who imports these machines provides really good customer support. I would be inclined to call him.

Call Rabbit and ask them.

Like others said, call Rabbit or send them an email. If you are blowing fuses, you may have other problems that need to be addressed.

5A fuse? I'm surprised it hasn't blown every time you run the machine, I would think a 15A fuse is more in order for an 80w machine...
Slow-blow fuses usually have a spring-like filament or filament wrapped around ceramic, fast fuses typically use a thin flat filament. If if blew so bad you can't tell which it was, you're machine may definitely have a problem...
