I have done some searching without much success. Russ Stadler uses a Doohickey to measure Laser Power. I read someplace that he sells these but I have not been able to find anything. Any feedback on where to find them and there use is apriciated. Thanks, Dan

You can email him for them. You can also rent them from Light Objects I believe at lightobject.com. They may also sell them.
I saw them for sale on Amazon but they have been out of stock for about a year. I havent hunted for one beyond that though. They ran about $100 for a 100 Watt capacity unit I believe.
Or if you are adventurous you could make your own by looking at Russ Sadlers videos. Particularly https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lO9rWlobLZU

Daniel, you can contact Russ through his youtube channel to order the doohickey. He is very quick to reply and a hell of guy. Here is the link to his channel:

And the reason you can't find them anywhere else is he has these made for himself and is the only source for purchase at the moment.

Daniel, one other thing. The cost for the doohickey from Russ is £30.

I got one of these guys:

which seems to work pretty well. It's more expensive than £30 though!

Hi Brian, please message me Russ's email. We're there any issues with shipping or importing to Canada?
Thanks again

Russ ships into the mail stream very fast and I appreciated being able to support him after all he has done for the Ruida controller community.

I would go on ebay to look for one of the K coupler (or whatever they are called) digital thermometer readout units. I found one that shipped from the US for $15 and it arrived faster than China. When buying, make sure your purchase includes the two sets of wires.

Gentec has quite a few options. Some analog and some digital.
