I have Biesmier fence on my General table saw that has worked great for over 25yrs. I latley am starting to have trouble with it moving while cutting big problem can I buy a new locking device to put on it or do you think it is something else?

There's usually adjustment screws in the T part of the fence. They adjust the tension of the clamp, and the alignment to the bar.

Tighten the set screws on the T part to make it lock down tight. But make sure you realign the fence to be parallel with ththe blade and miter a lot.

Also check to be sure you haven't lost a pad. The original Bies used rectangles of laminate (like formica).

Also it's possible the clamping tab got bent. Should never have to replace the fence.
