Seems pretty close to full plate, no damaged or missing teeth and not even particularly dull. At a minimum, a touchup filing and cut wood.
It's a 6pt rip saw, not one I use a lot, so it'll probably be in similar shape when I'm done with it too.

I have, in recent years, come to appreciate how quickly rip saws do their job compared with a cross cut used to rip. $4 for a saw in that condition is a great buy!
