lock-miter on floating vanity with veneer

I'm going to make a floating bath vanity. I plan on using a lock-miter joint with help from Alan Schaffter's setup jig. I want to wrap the vanity with veneer i purchased. Should I apply the veneer to the plywood before I cut the lock-miter joints or after I assemble the case?

Also my wife wants me to put a drawer/door in the front of the vanity. Again should I apply the veneer before or after? She wants a seamless look to the whole thing!
