here is a small cherry platter/plate it measures 10" finish is Rocklers poly gel. not buffed yet.

Yes, it is platter day. We should be making collection plates Jim. Do you think anybody would fill those up for us? Cherry is such pretty wood and you did a fine job of bringing it to life!

Loy, that is one of the funniest post responses I have ever seen. I went on Googol Earth and tried to locate Jim's house to see if that area of Western Virginia is now devoid of standing timber.....I could not get a clear view of his home. Apparently there is a cloud of chain saw exhaust hanging over the area preventing satellite photography!:p :D
