Hi Folks,
I've tried assorted ranges of all sorts of photo edits, via Photoshop & Corel Photopaint, to produce a 1-bit picture (starting with a jpg) to laser, on either glass or timber.
One worked really well after pushing unsharpmaskk, and contrasts around a lot. Old pictures mostly black, worked really well too, but enough jpg pictures were rather disappointing. 5 or 6 re runs with different settings have failed to improve any of them.
I thought I'd try 1-Touch Photo, by Universal. I downloaded it, and it would not install on the Windows XP SP3 machine.
I did a fresh download, and it installed on a Win7 laptop, but refused to run, after the 'installed successfully' message.
Rebooting did not help, nor did uninstalling & trying again.
Ive tried to install the 30-day trial version 4 times- on 4 different XP or Win7 PCs- ALL failed. I tried 3 separate downloads, a few days apart also. No luck.
I'd really appreciate any clues or hints on how to make one of these trials work, thanks! :)
