Trotec Speedy 300 Firmware?

My Trotec is throwing X-Axis error codes, and in reading, one of the suggested fixes is a firmware update. I can't find it anywhere online, and honestly don't even know where to check for the current version. I've looked around job control, but there's no specific section that shows it, at least that I can find. Anyone know where I can find, 1. My version(s), and 2. Where to find the update file?
