What is the lowest temperature that this waterproofing paint will dry in ? Got the Basement ALMOST dry, except for a leak I noticed in the foundation step at the very top underneath where the Bilco Door sits. Did all the necessary grading, concrete patching of the outside, painting the Bilco Door and added a Yankee Gutter on the roof of the House above where the Bilco Door is. It is just that one area where the water is coming through. It is POURING RAIN right now. Checked with Flash Light. No leaking anywhere else.
