Good morning Creekers!
I'll be starting another project soon that will be simple shelving units. In this case cabinet boxes without doors. The customers house is from the early 1900's and has the old horse hair plaster and lath walls.
What is the safest way to securely hang these cabinets? Will I still be searching for studs and screwing to them or is there some other mechanism?
Also will 1/4" plywood back rabbeted all the way around be enough of a "nailer" or will I need to build one in?
Any info would be very much appreciated?
Thanks in advance,
-joe
