It looks like part of the TS LS system that Incra sells, but an older version as the new ones have the micro-adjust near the fence mount - its missing the platform that goes across the rails and the rails themselves (and the fence which you mention of course). Here's a link http://www.incra.com/table_saw_fences-tsls_fences.html. I'm assuming that the rails are on the saw if you're talking about a table saw?

Nope there was a complete router setup but this was in a box all by its lonesome

In that case the seller was likely using it as a router fence, which would make this link more applicable http://www.incra.com/router_table_fences-ls_positiners.html. Same device, but no rails or platform. If you look at the LS manual on the link I've given you, may help you in figuring out what goes where

It's a LS positioner without the fence. I have one on both my router table and table saw. On the router table it uses a block of plywood to mount to the table. If you're not going to use it you should be able to sell it easily. If you are going to use it be sure to buy the fence that accepts their Wonder Fence upgrade.
