Rockwell bandsaw ID

I have a model 28-20C 14" bandsaw that doesn't appear in any search. It is definitely not a 28-200 although from pictures it looks the same.
Any clue to details on this model??

It's just your basic 14" band saw. One of the first models to use a webbed upper arm.
Any Rockwell/Delta model info will be useful.
