looking for an ICS table saw

that will run on 120v and has a small footprint.
it will be going into a 11'x16' tiny shop.

I need something that is very accurate.
I'm thinking powermatic 1000
and yes sawstop but I can save $400 by going with the pm1000

anything less than that but is good quality? I'm a little hesitant with Grizzly, but...
