Here is a picture of tweeter pods that I designed. I outsourced the work from a local CNC guy.

I want to make the pods myself and copy the shape with some sort of copier.
Trying to think of a very simply DIY router copier setup. I don't need to copy other parts, just this one and hopefully that could possibly simplify the design.

Looking for suggestions.

Thanks!

Matthias Wandel has a shop-made router copy carver -- https://woodgears.ca/copy_carver/index.html

Or google with "router copy carver" for others.

friend had a small Deckel Pantograph fir engraving then a really large deckel say 7 feet tall, that thing was amazing awesome shape and basically a human CNC machine the whole assembled floated in three axis and was so smooth and well balanced. What type of tweeters are they. When I was a kid we had some Coles 3001 and one I think they were those things were silky soft. Last big speakers i rebuilt top end was Dynaudio nice sounding stuff. Sucked to come home and hear my own stereo.

Thanks!

The Wood gears unit looks well designed.

Those tweeters are scan-speak but the pods are being used with different tweeters in several speaker designs.
