Bosch Door Hinge Jig Question...

Just got one of these things. The directions arent' that great, but I think I have it figured out. One thing I don't understand is that I know there are different hinges out there with different radius corners. How do I match the corners? If I have to get different router bits, which ones do I get? I think it comes with a 1/2" bit and bushing. Thanks for the help.

I have the Porter-Cable hinge templates. The Bosch is very similar I believe.To route large (5/8") radius hinges you will need a larger router bit and a larger bushing. Most of the hinges you will encounter will have 1/4" radius corners so the supplied bit and bushing will work for those.

Hinge mortising bits are availible in 1-1/4" diameter; for 5/8" radius hinges.
