I recently purchased a box of router items at an auction and have no idea what a few of the items are and would like some input.

I'm guessing it's some type of sharpening jig but would like to hear from the group here. Not sure these four items go together.

I also got these two blades in a box of clamps. They are approximately 2" long and skewed. I'm thinking they might go to some type of plane but would appreciate any feedback.

Thanks in advance,

The Stanley 79 side rabbet plane uses two blades like the ones in your third picture. But it's impossible to tell if that's what they're for.

Mike, thanks. I believe the auction had a Lie Nielsen or Veritas side rabbet plane on it so you might be right. I'll have to check out both of their websites to see if I can track down the origin.

Those two silver thumbscrew elements look like sharpening jigs for planes, to use with a grinder to hold your iron at the proper angle. The remainder, I am not sure about.

In the first photo, the foreground is a blade holder for planer blades and the middle is a bed for the holder to slide on likely from a Makita flat wet stone sharpener

They did have a Reliant sharpener. I'll do some more research.

I think it goes to a Makita sharpener.

The 2 black pieces go to the Makita sharpener

Yup, the Makita 9820-2 sharpener. I've got one.
The rectangular aluminum pieces are aftermarket jigs sold by Highland Woodworking for mounting chisels and hand plane blades. An almost necessary accessory for the machine to make it more useful.
I recently bid on an auction with a Makita sharpener (and Lamello biscuit jointer). Poor guy who won it might not have the whole machine!
