Looking for small surface bolt hardware

Hi all,

It's been quite a long time since I've posted here!

I'm making new indoor window screens for some 1906 casement windows and I can not find any hardware similar to the original 1-1/2" surface slide bolt. It is really "dainty", so it may not go by the same name.

The screen frames are 1-1/2" x 3/4' qtrsawn red oak and the slide's throw is about 1/2". The cross-section of the bolt is half moon, 3/16" x 1/8" and there is a 3rd bolt hole under the tang.

I've looked via google and all the "normal vendors", but everything I'm finding is much much larger.

Any thoughts where to find hardware like this?

First place I would look is Lee Valley.

Thanks for the ideas, but so far no luck...they are all too big :(

The houseofantiqueharware one is close, if they had that model "one size smaller" it would have worked well.
