Quite a few legacy items where splines join and overlap, there were some data points that were off in the outline that may well have caused the problem.

I've redone the outline as a DXF and joined all the points, removed all the legacy items and taken out extraneous lines.

Give this a go Bert, you will need to add the spider pick back in and the scrolls but see if the outline is any better
