Yes, but the rolls are relatively short. It's water activated. It comes in a foil pouch along with a pair of gloves to wear during application, because it can be messy, and a temporary vinyl wrap to keep pressure on it while it sets to help with the bonding process.

The first thing that came to mind for me is wrapping the top of ax and sledge handles for overstrike protection. The rake repair was pretty impressive.
