Alternate option for Festool Syslite (maybe)

My Costco has this CAT rechargeable LED work light for $30. The dimension is about 5x7 an 2" thick. Unlike the syslite, this work light cannot be mounted on a tripod but outputs more light than my syslite and it's dirt cheap comparing to the syslite.

It looks like you could devise a system to mount that on a tripod. The tripods have a common threaded size to them. Of course that would cost money and time to accomplish, so it depends on the value you place on your time.

I'm a big fan of festool and own many of their product but I never understand the syslite.
