freud ft2200vce quit working

Wondering if anyone has any tips where to start trouble shooting my freud ft2200vce that just quit working. I was making a small rabbet with it (not a heavy load) shut it off to adjust the height. When I went to turn it on again it wouldn't work. I took the switch apart to manually turn the switch on but still no luck.

Check the switch with an ohmmeter or bypass the switch and see if it runs. If you try the 2nd method, be sure and secure the router so it doesn't get away!

...and for that extra measure if safety, remove any bit that might be in the collet :)

Thanks, I tested the switch and found one side not working. I started looking for parts and realized they are hard to find. I took the switch apart and found a metal band had came out of it's location. I put it back in and it started working again.
