When I stream videos on my computer I often will screenshot interesting furniture or architecture pieces.

Today I was watching an old episode of the TV show "Homeland". I didn't manage to capture the inspiration, but it did lead me to an interesting google search.

It seems that the "Roubo book stand" lives on in modern time. Albeit in a slightly different form. Behold a "Quran reading desk"
