Fulton 1071 brace drill

I picked this up last weekend. I do not know much about Fulton and cannot find this online. The closest thing is a craftsman 1071. So I am asking all the brace drill experts to help me out on this... year range and possible value if any ... is it rare or? I usually know my Brace drills well or can find more about them online but this one alludes me. Thank you!
