Hey guys. I have an oscillating spindle sander. It uses 4.5 inch sleeves. Most of the material I sand is 3/4". The sander has a 1" stroke. I can turn the sleeve end for end but that leaves about 1.5" in the middle of the sleeve that doesn't get used. What do you guys do about this. Do you build a secondary platform? Any ideas? Am I missing something?
Thanks
Mark

Each layer had pins that fit into hole on the layer beneath to align things and keep them safe. I now get to use the whole sleeve.

I cut down long sleeves, or buy shorter ones.
