View Full Version : PhotoGrav 3.0 and Windows 10

Has anyone been able to reinstall PhotoGrav after doing the Windows 10 upgrade. I try and get a message that it is not compatible and to contact the software provider. I've gone through all the windows compatibility tests to no avail. I've tried to send an email to PhotoGrav and I get an undeliverable message.

Anyone had any luck with this?

Hi Vaughan

When you install it the compatibility mode must be set to Windows Vista Service Pack 2.

I installed it on two Windows 10 computers without issue. Didn't have to change anything for compatibility. These were complete Windows 10 installs, though - not upgrades. I don't know that that would make a difference anyways. Duane's post should get you sorted, though.

Thanks Duane. I still get the message "This App can't run on your PC" when using Vista Service Pack 2.

Which version do you have, Vaughan? I know 3.0, but is it just 3.0 or 3.0.x? I have 3.0.3 and have had no problems installing it on Windows 10 computers.

I have 2.11 and and upgrade to 3.0. I have been trying to install 2.11 as the 3.0 is an upgrade. That's probably where the problem lies.
