UL Mark

A company asked me to cermark some stainless steel parts with the UL mark.....but in order to do that I would need to get approved by UL to be an "Authorized Label Maker"........at an annual fee of about $4,000.......so that job quote just went from $300 to $4,300.......

Is anyone on here a UL Authorized Label Maker?
