Bosch miter saw locked in 45 bevel left

i have the Bosch Gcm12sd miter saw and I can't tilt it to the right to get it to 0° My knob on the right these circular one doesn't move I can't move it to the left or to the right it's locked straight up I'm at my wits and have no idea how to fix this. Any ideas?

a slight update:
I was able to get the miter saw bevel back up to zero.
on p9, knob #41 is locked up and will not turn left or right, I called Bosch and they said that isn't correct and I need to take it in to a service center to fix it.

Anyone else have this problem? Solutions?

Its so weird. When I first got it, it worked great, the knob turned like it was supposed to, but now all of a sudden it's just locked up.
The good news is my service center is close by and they are very good. So.... I keep thinking I'm not doing something correct, but what? Who knows.

Well it all works well now!


When my wife came home from work yesterday, I took her down to my shop to show her how this doesn't work correctly and then the knob unstuck!


I think I needed to wiggle the head a bit.
