HF wood moisture meters

Don't waste your money. For a low-cost meter, get the General from the box store. http://www.testequipmentdepot.com/general/moisture-meters/mm1e.htm


It only measures from 8% to 22% but for strictly woodworking use, it will tell you all you need to know. I've had both the HF and General meters at one time ad cchecked them against my Lignomat. The General was always within 1%.
