My old face shield head band gave out and I'm considering the Bionic face shield as a replacement.

I also use a 3m half mask with 2091/P100 cartridges. My question is if the Bionic face shield will fit over this mask?

Thanks

Yes, it fits over the half mask and those filters.

That half mask and filter combo + faceshield are what I use on a regular basis. I think you'll find they work well together.

The bionic shield seems popular here. I have one and like it as a shield, but find it interferes with wearing good muff style hearing protectors because the frame of the shield extends back so far. Anyone else have this issue with the bionic?

I use these: http://www.mscdirect.com/browse/tnpla/02037901?src=pla&cid=PLA-Google-PLA+-+Test&CS_003=7867724&CS_010=02037901&mkwid=[*GCLIP*]&prcid=[*GCLSRC] or these http://www.amazon.com/3M-Behind-Earmuff-Neckband-H10B/dp/B0017YEMPM The first type hurt my ear if I wear them too much for for quick jobs they're my go to. It takes some adjustment of the head band to get the second ones to fit right however they're really comfortable.

Yes. I use earplugs....... Some are as good as ear muff style.
I also use the Bionic and a half mask respirator. Works well.
