337148337149I just picked this up at the Habitat re-store for $5.00. Is that a good deal or did I just get a run of the mill saw for a good price?

For the condition it looks like it could be a good saw.

Mine is a 26" long, 5-1/2 ppi Rip saw. Once I got that old copper wire off..

I could clean the saw up. Not too bad a saw...

The K-6 was the top-of-the-line of the Keystone series of Disston saws. Pictured below is mine (new old stock) and yours doesn't look all that much different. Nice score.

Aw yeah! The Keystone series is my favorite line from Disston. I don't even care if they were a step down. Out of all of them, I like the Airmaster the best. It's got a B-17 on it, and I have a sweet spot for WWII planes. The Challenger is my second favorite.
