Any fellow DFW'ers out there have recommendations/experience with local blade sharpening services? I have 3 Freud blades that need some attention. Thanks in advanced!

I don't know about any blade sharpening service in DFW (I'm in Tyler) but I have one Freud blade and I send it to Forrest for sharpening along with my WWII's.

Clark -
Cook's Sharpening in New Braunfels does good work. I've sent 3 blades down and he's fixing to get my dado set to sharpen.
Hopefully you can find something local...

Either Rockler (Plano) or Woodcraft (Plano), or both, offers a sharpen service, but IIRC the store(s) contract with an individual to do sharpening. I hear mild protests that it is a bit slow, since they accumulate a 'batch' and then the guy sharpens the batch.
I guess the upside is that it could be convenient location?

Appreciate the info, guys. I may give D&R a try.
