Wagner Home Decor Paint Sprayer?

The latest Woodcraft sale flyer has the Wagner Home Decor Paint Sprayer for $80. It says it will spray chalk paint, milk paint, clear water-based finish and water-based stain. It sounds like a perfect "dip your toes" in spraying and way way too good to be true. Searching the web I find HD has it and it gets 5-stars. Amazon also has it, where it has 4.5-stars and all the low ratings seem to complain it's not a high-end setup (instead of it doesn't work.) I can't find it mentioned here. Does anyone have any experience with this gun & turbine?
