Dresser Hardware Identification

I have a dresser that is missing two "pulls." The outside piece (not shown) is in place but the pull is missing. Any ideas what to call it and where to purchase a couple of them? The dresser is about seventy years old. Thanks.

are there any stores in your area that specialize in salvage of old furniture and interior furnishings? I saw once on this old house they visited just such a store filled with old salvaged material of all descriptions for houses.
